Naturally Creative

Commercial Work: Working primarily as an illustrator, I provide guidance on thoughtful branding and design practices. I collaborate on projects that combine creativity with purpose, delivering engaging responsible work.

Artistic Work: Artisanal drawing is central to my creative practice. Through printmaking and select creative initiatives I explore narratives that encourage us to question our relationship with the natural world.

About me

Artist, Designer and Dreamer

A little bit about me, for 15 years, I worked as an in-house designer and art director for multinational brands, both independently and as part of creative teams, developing ideas and delivering solutions for print media, outdoor and digital spaces.

In 2010, I went freelance and founded Studio Mir, which gave me flexibility for many years to collaborate with a range of inspiring clients, and create work that I’m proud to be part of.

My love of nature and art naturally guided the direction of my work. Driven to develop this connection deeper in my work I completed UCD’s PostGrad Dip in Design Thinking for Sustainability in 2020, participated in IMMA’s Eco Rising Festival in 2022, and have since exhibited in numerous shows, developing a body of work that examines the interconnectedness of humans and nature.

Work of Mir marks a new and distinct direction from Studio Mir. Combining my love for art, design and nature my work cultivates a focus on harmony with our natural world. Specialising in analog illustration, regenerative thinking and design.
